1. Rental Agreement

By submitting a booking or quote request, you agree to the terms outlined here and in any additional rental documentation provided.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a rental agreement with Bouncy Castle Rental LA.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Quotes: Are non-binding until confirmed and a deposit is received.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your rental.
  • Final Payment: Due on or before the day of the event (cash, card, or other accepted methods).
  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late cancellations, weather-related rescheduling, and force majeure events are addressed case-by-case.

3. Delivery & Setup

  • Service Area: We deliver to Los Angeles and nearby cities, including Santa Monica, Inglewood, Pasadena, Torrance, Long Beach, Burbank, and Anaheim.
  • Requirements: The setup area must be flat, clean, and free of debris, pets, or sharp objects.
  • Access: You must provide clear access (at least 36″ wide) for equipment delivery.
  • Power: You are responsible for ensuring an available electrical outlet within 50 feet unless a generator rental is included.

If setup is denied due to inaccessible or unsafe site conditions, the booking fee will not be refunded.

4. Safety & Supervision

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.
  • Shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, and rough play are not allowed in or near the inflatable.
  • Different age groups must not use the inflatable at the same time.
  • Units must not be used in high winds or rain unless otherwise approved.

Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in early takedown without refund.

5. Weather Policy

If unsafe weather is forecasted (e.g., heavy rain or wind above 15mph), we may cancel or reschedule the delivery for safety reasons.

Deposits may be credited toward a future booking if canceled due to weather.

6. Damage & Liability

  • Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • You agree not to move the inflatable once set up.
  • Smoking, silly string, and fireworks are strictly prohibited near inflatables.
  • Bouncy Castle Rental LA is not liable for injuries caused by misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions.

A waiver may be required before rental.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, branding, logos, and text — is the property of Bouncy Castle Rental LA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. User Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Post or submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm our website
  • Use our quote forms for spam or unauthorized marketing
